For Doctors, Randall and Karla Rothfus (Rothfus Family Dental) there’s not much in life that the two haven’t accomplished without being together. After all, the two first met at the tender age of five while growing up in Carlisle, Iowa. “I guess you could say we were ‘preschool sweethearts,’” Dr. Randall Rothfus said affectionately.
